The Desert Air Guest Books

A lot of folks that stay at the motel ask us what is there to do in Sanderson. When we tell them the brief history of the town, things to do, and some of the sites to see, it helps our guest gain an appreciation of the area.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to talk to all of our guests and help them create a personal connection with our motel and the town. So we decided to create a guest book to put in each room!

Here’s the book on the night stand

The contents of the book cover the history of the motel and town, our story with the motel, amenities on the town, and things to do in the area. We hope this will help our guests appreciate the history and the area, and ultimately encourage them to come back and stay with us again!

Sanderson amenities

We received the full shipment of books this week, unfortunately they are in Austin at the moment. I’ll be bringing them to the motel later this week. We printed some extra stock some copies to keep in the office in case anyone wants to purchase a copy.
